Original meaning: A trust fall is an activity in which a person deliberately falls, trusting the members of a group (spotters) to catch them. It has also at times been considered a popular team-building exercise in corporate training events.
What I want to express: through this concept is that in our daily interpersonal communication, it is also like a Trust Fall. Because when we throw out a new topic, we don’t know whether the others can accept our point of view. Just like when we fall with our backs to the crowd, we can’t confirm whether the others can really catch us. No matter how familiar a friend or a relative is, because other people are not you, you will face the possibility of a crack caused by the difference of two people’s thoughts. Therefore, I want to use Trust Fall to describe the complex trust issues contained in interpersonal communication.
